Integrations, stated honestly
Most answering services claim they integrate with everything. Here is what is actually native today, and the roadmap we build in the order customers ask.
Live today
Workiz
Native. Every lead Amelia captures on a call becomes a Workiz lead within seconds; bookings can become leads or scheduled jobs. Paste your Workiz API token once, no Zapier. Setup guide: /integrations/workiz.
How to set it up →Google Calendar
Appointments booked into real availability, with click-to-accept invites for both sides.
Outlook / Microsoft 365 Calendar
Same live booking and invites for Microsoft shops.
Email notifications
Every booking, lead, and urgent call lands in your inbox instantly, with the recording linked.
SMS (texting)
Missed-call text-back, booking confirmations, and review requests, with STOP/HELP handling built in.
Calendar invite (.ics) standard
Invites work with any calendar app that opens standard invites, which is effectively all of them.
Webhooks + REST API
Signed webhooks for calls, bookings, leads and texts, plus an API key to pull data or create bookings. Works with Zapier's Catch Hook today. See /developers.

Integration questions
Which integrations work today?
Workiz (leads created natively from calls and bookings), Google Calendar and Outlook calendar booking with click-to-accept invites, plus email and SMS notifications. That covers the core loop: call answered, lead in your job software, appointment on a real calendar, both sides notified.
When will you integrate with my field-service or practice software?
In the order paying customers ask. Tell us what you run during setup; the roadmap above is sequenced by real demand, not by logo-collecting. We will not claim an integration before it actually works.
Why don't you claim to work with everything like other sites?
Because 'integrates with 6,000 apps' usually means a Zapier link and a prayer. We would rather tell you exactly what is native today and build the rest in the order it is needed.
Can I use it with no integrations at all?
Yes. Plenty of businesses run on the dashboard alone: bookings, recordings, transcripts, and email notifications need zero connections to your other software.
I run something not on this list. Dealbreaker?
Usually not. Between calendar invites, email, and SMS, most workflows already work. Tell us what you run and we will tell you honestly what the experience looks like today.
Tell us what you run
We'll tell you honestly what works today and what we'd build for you.
