Follow-ups with response goals
Every call or text that needs a person becomes a follow-up with a due time, so callbacks don't fall through the cracks.
What it does
Voicemails, unhappy callers, urgent requests and texts that need a human each become a follow-up on one list. Each has a response goal, and you get an email if one goes overdue.
How it works on a call
- 1A call or text that needs a person becomes a follow-up on the Follow-ups tab.
- 2It gets a due time from your response goals: urgent, normal or low.
- 3Call back, assign it, snooze it or mark it done with a note.
- 4If one goes past its goal, you and the person assigned get one email.
Who it's for
- Offices where callbacks get forgotten
- Teams that split callbacks between several people
- Owners who want to know how fast customers hear back
