Amelia handles most calls on her own, but some callers want a human. When they ask, or when a call sounds like it needs you, she transfers it to the number you choose.
How it works
- Set the phone number calls should go to, usually your cell.
- A caller asks for a person, sounds upset, or has an emergency you told Amelia to send through.
- Amelia tells them she is connecting them and transfers the call.
- The call still shows on your Calls tab with the recording and summary.
